hi


1) i need a report that will break down my credit card total into MC / Visa /amex /discover

right now in the z report or in sales report i will only see the total of all cc charges for bookkeeping reason i need to break it down


2) in detail sales reports the item are grouped into departments so i can see total item sold in each dept. i would like to be able to see under dept how much item i have sold in each catagory by now i do it manually i count how much of each catagory but i would like to have a report that will group the catagory as well

Moshe,

  1. You will have to create a tender type for each type of card, to see them broken down by type.

  1. Select the second icon of the top left, Select columns to group. and change it to group first 2 columns. If you what to only see totals, select the 8th icon over, Collapse all grouped rows.

If you click on the button next to 'Collapse all grouped rows' you will see your Categories grouped. Or You can change the grouping in a report by clicking and holding down the Category column then dragging it to the left of the Department column and dropping it. Your report will automatically refresh and be grouped by Category instead of Department.
