QuickBooks--> RMS transactions are not balancing

Jul 07, 2009 1 Replies

I have a few batches that are getting posting errors because the transactions are not balancing. It is off by a penny. I believe it is caused by our item that has a $1.887 price in the database. We have the item this way so that the item will roll the penny up when the customer buys two or more. I know you cant see the price in the RMS Manager as $1.887 but it is in the database that way and it works great! But back to my QuickBooks issue. My question is what database colum and table need to be changed to fix the not balancing issue? Below is one example of the batches: ==UndepositedÊsh Over/ Short -0.10 AMEX 9.26 CASH 516.95 CHECK 70.10 DEBIT 485.20 DISCOVER 9.65 MC 175.74 VISA 1069.33 Sales Tax $-132.28

==Sales=Sales- Dept. 02 -651.81 Sales- Dept. 03 -439.49 Sales- Dept. 04 -125.62 Sales- Dept. 05 -17.97 Sales- Dept. 06 -179.99 Sales- Dept. 07 -454.77 Sales- Dept. 08 -334.19
