I'm looking for a customer report that shows their address and zip code. I've looked, but don't see one, maybe I'm just not seeing it. Any suggestions?

Hi Kris,
I think what you are looking for can be found in the Store Operations Manager...go to Utilities > Crystal Reports > Customer List or Customer Labels... Either of these reports can be exported in several formats like Excel, PDF, CSV etc...

I was hoping to get something in the RMS reports that puts each customer on one line, with the ability to sort and filter using RMS rather than the Crystal Reports...

There is a canned report available that your VAR can get from Partner Source. Ask your VAR for the report.
