Does any one have a copy of the Sales>Department Costs/Sales for HQ as the installation does not have it?

Not sure what you are talking about. The report is on both the 1.2 and 1.3 CD's that I have. Look in the;
\HQ\program files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters\Reports folder
Anyway the 1.3 version is attached.

Then you don't have your directory settings correct in Admin.
Admin | File | Connect | put in your password | File | Configuration | Paths tab | check your path to the Reports folder.

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to see and download the file attachment. If you are not using a reader, follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with news reader" under the MS Retail Management System on the right.

Have rechecked my paths and these are fine then I go into HQ Manager run the report and it comes up with the qrp was not found

Have you tried copying the report file back into the correct folder yet?

As a last resort, copy the report file into the same folder. Rename it to "Custom - Department Sales Report.qrp" (no quotes and spacing is important), restart HQ Manager and then look for it in the custom section.
