I would like to know if it's worth it to upgrade to RMS 2.0 I am still currently running 1.3R, and I know I should probably upgrade...but I would like to know if it's worth it??? Please let me know your feelings for and against upgrading!

I can only tell you about the downside, as I have decided to stick with

1.3R. Just search the forum for dongle, license, and activation. You will see the difficulties and complaints about the new licensing scheme.

You know i don't really understand all of the complaints about the dongle and licensing. I upgraded without and licensing problems at all.

My problem with the upgrade has been the new matrix logic. I compla> I can only tell you about the downside, as I have decided to stick with

Then I guess you haven't had to swap machines quickly after a POS went down or test a new POS before rollout. I guess you don't have 4 lanes with only 3 licenses (with the old licensing, you could your your choice of 3 of the 4 POS stations running concurrently, now you can't).

The point is that they made the licensing more restrictive, and thus

*reduced* the value of the software in my opinion.
