What is the process for getting certified on RMS HQ?
We signed up for the training on the partners web site and went through the training and tested out passing all the tests, only to find out there is some other cert# Scansource or Bluestar want to be able to purchase HQ.
Does anyone know what the MS Test # is? What is the best way to get this HQ Certification out of the way? Is there any pre-test or study guide to study?
