RMS in french

There are 3 files named *language.dat. There's only the english descriptions and messages, but it also refer to french and other language. Are these language must be bought elsewhere, install with another file from the CD or implemented by adding french to the languages files?

Yes, those are the files that control the text displayed within the program, and up until a couple versions ago, MS was supporting multiple languages. Somewhere along the line, they stopped ( don't remember the exact version). The problem is that the *.DAT files get updates with each hotfix - about once per month, and MS is not doing the translations from English. Anyway, that's why I pointed you to Retail Realm, I think they may be doing translations, but I may be wrong.
