Hi, I am not sure how to explain this, but every so often, RMS will lose focus. I wont be able to click on any of the menu options or use RMS.
I would have to highlight the title bar, Esc to close RMS and restart it.
We do run Outlook during the day and sometime internet explorer
Is there any solutions or a fix as it is rather annoying and is happening several times a day
