I have more than one store & i am selling from any store but the shipment will be from one store (warehouse), Can you tell me how can i process the transactions in this case?

ok.If you set-up that your store(warehouse) will sell goods and received goods. Then you can do that, if youn want centralized receiving-->create Purchase Order from that store(warehouse) then make an inventory transfer to your other store for distribution. I assume that you have HQ setup, so that consolidation will be process during "request data upload" of all your store including warehouse in HQ Application.
