RMS SO 2.0 - Integrate Store Operations with Great Plains w/out HQ

We would want to do all sales, receivables, inventory and purchasing within SO and just dump totals to the G/L in GP.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Ryan, Like Manick, we are also a RMS customization company. This type of thing is definatly right up our alley. If you wish to received a bid or have any questions please give us a call.

No difference at all set accounting to GP in manager, map your GL tables and load the CHK file in GP. SO will generate the same xml file HQ does. HQ just has a larger GL map since it's dumping all the stores.

Your reseller should know how to do this...

There is a guide to GL mapping as well as the CHK file available on customer source for download. Just make sure you use the CHK file that matches your versions of RMS & GP.

Unless you need an automated solution there's no need to buy any third party stuff.
