Store Operations 2.0

Hello,

We have Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0. We have several different custom buttons on the Store Operations POS, one of which is mapquest.com. We have no problems with this webpage pulling up in POS. We have just added a Wells Fargo Financial button going to wffrs.com, when we login and try to print a receipt from the webpage it pulls up a pop-up window, but the only words on the pop-up is "error". I have tried the same process through internet explorer and the popup comes up with the correct receipt.
