We are using store ops v1.3 to process the sales from our web site. One major problem we have is the selection of the customers. The web orders are imported into store ops via the yahoo store/exchange table. Everything works well, except that the user is prompted to select a customer from the entire customer database. Is there a way to eliminate this step, or to make finding the appropriate customer quicker/easier?
