We us the direct interface RMS 2.0 to QB 2008 all works well except the posting of federal (gst) and state (PST) taxes to the gl in QB does not get picked up by the Agency Sales tax report in QB. To make it work we must MANUALLY set the TAX ITEM on the two daily postings to the tax accounts. It's a pain...
Has anyone encountered this and developed an automated workaround?
