When trying to create new SERIALIZED items to the Item Database RMS will not allow any selection from the Item Type drop down menu -- why is this?
I can create the Serialized Items using the Wizard but if I am adding one Item within the Item Database and create it as a Standard Item and enter all description etc why can I then not select the Item Type as Serialized from the drop down menu? Am I doing something wrong?
