Either I am missing something, or Microsoft is...
When I create an Inter-Store Transfer Out that contains serialized items, I have to enter the serial numbers. When the receiving store receives the serialized product, they have to re-enter the serial numbers.
Is this by design, or am I missing something?
Shouldn't the serial number automatically follow the item from Store A to Store B?
Talk about duplication of effort!
