Lookupcode, Description, Price, Cost, Dept, Category, Supplier (drop down), Barcode.
Type and Tax are always preselected as Standard and Taxable - so don't show on the wizard.
Show the margin % when you tyoe in price and cost.
Show a list of stores and place for qty to be entered for each store.

You have "Create and Next", "Create and Finish" and "Cancel" buttons at the bottom.
If there is a conflict on same ItemLookupCode, it warns and goes back to that field.
On the right hand side it shows a list of item just created: Itemlookupcode, Qty, Cost, Price, Supplier.
HTML is fine.
