Does anyone know if the Set Customer window is customizable? More specifically, I would like to move the Email Address field over to the left so it is clearly visible when the cashier enters the customer's account number.

Krista, We have a tool called Advanced Customer Lookup. It does offer some alterntatives to the standard RMS Customer Lookup. One major advanatage is that since we developed it, we can customize it to make it look how you want it to. If you are intersted in learning more, please drop me an email and we can discuss.
