Does anyone know if the Set Customer window is customizable? More specifically, I would like to move the Email Address field over to the left so it is clearly visible when the cashier enters the customer's account number.
Krista, We have a tool called Advanced Customer Lookup. It does offer some alterntatives to the standard RMS Customer Lookup.
