I know there is a problem with item Aliases working in HQ environment. What I've seen the alias table not syncing between HQ and SO, I mean when I delete alias from product and create item with ItemLookupCode like that or link it to different product. Does anyone know if that has been fixed yet ? We want to use ProductID instead suppliers barcodes, and link barcodes to product, but that requires alias function working perfectly.

Are you adding the items you edit (add/remove ALIAS) on a worksheet 250? The worksheet 250 should update the ALIAS assignment at the store level.

I add aliases to item and do ws250. I don't know what exactly cousing it but every so often when I check SO database there is aliases duplicated or even aliases where item exist with the same ilc. Evere few weeks I do ws51 with "DELETE Alias" query and doing ws250 for all items with aliases to make sure I have the same data between HQ and SO.
I dont think that is the way it should be, but its the way which works for me at the moment.
