Would someone please tell me what is in Service Pack 3? I am unable to find it in Customer Source.

It includes all hotfixes after SP2. Go to knowledge base and look for 'hotfix' for RMS...it would list all fixes. Btw, in SP3 you wont be able add have the option in SO administrator to select language other than English
