Load is only used if you want to "load" the import utility settings from a previous import attempt. You would choose the file that was saved when pressing the Save button in that same screen.

Export your source file (item list) into Excel and arrange the data columns the way you need them. ILC, Description, Price, etc. Then save as tab delimited txt for example, and attach to that file with the Browse button. Connect to database. Destination-inventory, delimiter-tab, etc. etc. etc.
