I have a customer that is using RMS 2.0 SP2 with Mercury as their processor and a and IDTech Minimag reader with track 2 only enabled. Every once in a while they get 2 transactions that show up as manually keyed even though the customer swears up and down that they swiped all credit cards. I have already swapped out their mag reader for a new unit, but still this happens.
Since I can prove otherwise, what could be causing transactions to show up an manually keyed even though their being swipped?
