When you tender a transaction the Touch screen keyboard changes and shows the possible ways to pay Tenderentrys. When you press the button the and then insert the amount this it not with the type I selected. It seems that the screen is not using tenderid
how can I correct this?
There is a Knowledgebase Article that details this. It is NOT for the faint of heart... You have to run several SQL commands to fix this. A rabbit's foot wouldn't hurt either.
Search the knowledge base for Article ID : 862004. This is a partner only article, so you will need to contact your reseller or open an incident with MS tech support to resolve this.
When tender types are deleted, you get gaps in the IDs. For some reason, this is terribly confusing to the touchscreen keyboard. Don't ask me why, it doesn't make sense to me either.
