under 21 date along the top of the POS

We sell wine and liquor and want to put a date on the top of the POS to show if the person is under 21 or not. Is this possible?

hi Wilow, The one way you can do is using the extended description of item and display it to point of sales, the second you can keep run the customer display message to pos about the age limit. 3rd you can use item messages which popup to you that item is for what age limit.

There are other alternatives also but the 3 i said may fit on your requirements.

I'm not sure in MSPOS, but in MSRMS, the area a the top of the POS window by default is generated using HTML the file is STATUS.HTM. If you know HTML, you can probably work out how to edit this file to display the "Must be born on or before" message; if not, contact your reseller for help.
