hi Wilow, The one way you can do is using the extended description of item and display it to point of sales, the second you can keep run the customer display message to pos about the age limit. 3rd you can use item messages which popup to you that item is for what age limit.

There are other alternatives also but the 3 i said may fit on your requirements.
