Hey, I've seen that there are updates for RMS that I cannot find downloads for. For example, the latest update, Hotfix #16, I cannot download, even though it has relevant fixes for me. Also, does this hotfix include previous hotfixes, if I can find where to download it?

There are no public places to download hotfixes. You will need to contact MS support and the will give you a link to go and download the hotfix. The link is only active for a few days so you will want to download it right away. All hotfixes contain the hotfixes released before them so downloading the most recent will catch you up. Craig
