How am I able to view page two of a receipt (page one being the credit card slip) w/o printing each receipt?

Harry,
Ctrl-Left or Ctrl-Right.
Alternatively, you can zoom out with a right-double-click until you can see all of the pages, then zoom in on the page you want with a left-double click.
