Will the "kits" feature work?

Hi,



We fill lp tanks and charge a different price for different sizes(eg.



20#,40#,100#). I want to be able to track the total gallons sold. I have a sku for the different size tanks and a sku for the gallon. Will "kits" allow me everytime I sell a #20 tank deduct 4.2 gallons from the gallon sku? If so how? I have tried some different scenarios but the invemntory is not adjusted automatically. I do not want to have to build or break kits.

When you sold a kit, the database update only Item Kit quantity.. you can to use the assembly item... how a KIT, but when you sell an assembly the POS update only the parent item

If you don't want to build and break kits, then no, they aren't going to work for you. Assemblies are a possibility, as are Tag Along items.
