When he previews the label on the Windows 7 machine the first time, it displays correctly and will print fine. When he displays it a 2nd time, it omits the description and does not print the description. they have to get out of Manager and then back in for it to see the description again.
After reboot they cannot access the label file until they have accessed it from label designer first.
