Wrong Description, Cost on Purchase Orders

Hello, We are using RMS 1.3R.1006.

When we scan items for purchase order or transfer in/out items are sometimes scanned with correct Itemlookupcode but wrong item description and cost that belong to some other item in the database.

In PurchaseOrder table itemdescription and cost are wrong.

Did anyone encounter such situation?! Was that fixed with newer service pack or hotfix?! Any ideas?!

Thank you in advance.

Dear,

When you make a purchase order.... the items scanned will be taken from [Item] table to the [PurchaseOrderEntry] table so, then whenever you make any changes to the Items Master that wont reflect the PO entry even for the same item... to do so, you have to delete the Item from the PO and add it up again into the PO ... then you'll see the new Item Desciptiond and Cost

Regards Yasser

Thank you for your answer...

...but the problem is that we do not make any changes in [Item] table. Items are created in HQ and changes can be made only there.

When we scan an item and this situation occurs deleting and adding again doesn't help. You can even click on itemlookupcode to open item properties (where description and cost are different) and scan again - still not good. The only way is to delete PO.

In the [PurchaseOrderEntry] ItemId, lookupcode are ok. Very strange bug.

Dear,

Just make the modification inthe HQ and then make "Download Item" sheet to take effect in the SO and them form the SO manager just remove the items from the PO and them insert it again

I've reindexed the database. That situation happens occasionally so I will have to wait and see now. Thank you.
