We are using RMS 1.3R.1006.
When we scan items for purchase order or transfer in/out, items sometimes are scanned with correct Itemlookupcode but wrong item description and cost which are taken from other item in the database (and i can not find any rule).
In PurchaseOrder table itemdescription and cost are wrong.
Did anyone encounter such situation? Was that fixed with newer service pack or hotfix?!

Do you perhaps know which hotfix resolved that problem. I am not sure if this situation is strictly combined with RMS. Perhaps something else is wrong. If this problem was encountered and fixed by hotfix, I would like to know which one may provide solution.
