Cashiers can access X & Z report data through the Journal (F4) lookup feature and essentially piece together yearly store sales data. We have clients who want cashiers to be able to lookup individual sales receipts using the Journal (F4) feature, but would like to block cashiers from viewing previous/current X & Z reports.
RMS administrators should not have to block the entire "Journal (F4)" button in order to prevent cashiers from accessing unlimited and confidential post-sales info.
