We are using RMS 1.3, prossing through Vital for credit cards. When taking credit card transactions, they go through fine with no problems. It is when we void a credit card transaction that the system seems to get hung up or freezes. We end up cancelling through task manager and then rebooting the system. Any ideas what the issue may be?
If you find the answer let me know as we have the same problem. More so when using the recall for void or recall for return. If we use just the return function without using recall it seems to work every time.

That was a problem resolved with a hotfix. I can't remember which hotfix though.
