.When you void a credit card transaction it asks for the credit card? Do you really need the credit card? Typically voiding a transaction makes it as though it never occured so if that is the case, the transaction wouldn't make it to the batch for settlement (the only reason you'd need the credit card). Situation is when someone runs the sale, printer malfunctions so employee doesn't think the card went through, re runs the card and then discovers the error after the customer has left. Now the card is gone, but we need to void the sale.
