I have a Z-Report where the total sales is $6250.10 and in the same Z-Report, the total of all Departments is $9866.25.
The Hourly Total is the same as the Department Total, but non are the same as the Total Sales.
The curious thing is that the "Sales" (right under "opening Total", does not equal the Department Total.
I have spoken with varios contacts and all have indicated that it could be power failure during posting or saving the transaction.
Can someone give an explanation of this and is there any solutions?
