Is there a way to cancel a work order with a "work order # 0". I can see it in my journal but not in the "void transaction option" or rerturn option.
Any help will be appreciated.

To cancel the work order I have to delete all items on it and save changes. This in effect removes the work order from your system. I'm not quite sure why the transaction number is zero but maybe you can try this and then see if it's gone.
Thanks Elizabeth. I can't even recall the transaction to do that. Like I said it shows up on the Journal.
