Layway and Work Orders are cancelled without journal entry

This is a very important security issue.

When a regular sales transaction is cancelled, it is logged in the journal. But Layaway or Work order can be cancelled without any logging in the journal. Is there any way to prevent cashiers from cancelling out from Layaway or Work order.
