Hi. I work for 3 restaurants. We have 95% of the same vendors that we purchase from. I've already went through and setup all the vendors for the first restaurant and would prefer not having to do this again. Is there any way to copy a profile or something of that nature?
I'm using Quickbooks 2011 Pro.

Not exactly but you can export lists and import them.
Under File...Utilities...Export menu select what you want to transfer

Then when you've done that, go to the other company file and repeat expect select Import and the file(s) you saved from previous step.
You could copy and rename the company file.
