Balance Sheet with All Accounts Shown

Mar 15, 2005 3 Replies

I'd like to print a Balance Sheet year-to-year comparison or perhaps just a regular Balance Sheet that shows the accounts with zero balance. So far all I can find is a print option that supresses zeros should they already be printed - and does not add any zero/zero accounts to the report.

Similarly, if I print the Chart of Accounts, the balances aren't in the printout.

Either one would do. I want to examine the Chart of Accounts on paper to look for strange things that might need fixing.

Of course, *I* can look on the screen but other folks can't and it's not so easy to do in the middle of a meeting.

Modify Report, Display, Advanced. Choose ALL instead of either Non-Zero or Active.

already be

To see a year to year comparison go to 'Modify report' and check on 'Previous Year' in the Add Sub columns for section and to see accounts having 'Zero' balance click on 'Advanced' and in there select 'All' in both 'Display Rows' and ' Display Columns'.
