I need to see the P&L format by each month stretched across the entire report to get to a total. CAn I get this from Quickbooks 2002? From Quickbooks 2006?
Can I get a month-by-month report for the entire year from QB2002?

You can create this report in 2006 and it probably can be done in 2002 but I don't have 2002 installed anymore to be able to check.
Select the P&L Standard report and then hit modify report. On the Display tab and change the Display columns drop down menu to "Month" across the top. This will give you the month columns plus the annual total.
