Export to Quicken

May 20, 2005 2 Replies

Quickbooks 6.0 has a Tiger glitch for Mac.

I use it for a rental property and am thinking I don't need Quickbooks.

Quicken would do fine, can I export my checking transaction from Quickbooks to Quicken?

Again, I am on a Mac.

Thanks

No, can't be done.

Quickbooks.

Actually I believe it can be. Not going to be easy however.

It would involve exporting the check register to Excel. You'll have to find a report of the register to do that. Once in Excel you can transform the export data into a .qif file. You can import the .qif file into Quicken. You'll need to understand .qif files. If

't too intimidating you should be able to figure it out. Good luck.
