Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 runing on W2K SP6.
Everything working great, except one, ONE person couldn't print.
Tried to fix him....No one can print.
Reinstall efax and resetup all printers.....everyone can print.....Quickbooks doesn't see all printers
As a matter of fact each user gets a different set of printers. But no one sees the efax printer.
The printer name is only 4 letters, the server name is only 8. So it isn't a length issue. And the names have no spaces or dashes.
