Hi, I'm using the 2004 version and don't want to upgrade unless there are a couple of features I really need.
First, when I enter data on a new job for custom fields, this data doesn't get carried on the proposal and invoice, I need to re-enter it; when I do my invoice and it tells me the data changed do I want to save it.
Second, when I receive a payment for a job I enter the payment then I need to go to the estimate, make it inactive, then make the job inactive. Besides having to do three different things, I need to be sure to select the correct job name. Is this still the procedure with QB2005 Contractor?
