About to upgrade from 98 to 2004

Or should I really upgrade my 2004 version that's been sitting around for a while to 2006?

Here's what I need help with, I've been playing with 2004 and my data on a second computer so I don't mess with my real data.

Portfolio:

In 98, I have several mutual funds - each one is in their own folder. When I migrate this data to 2004, I really want to consolidate these funds into sub folders so they aren't each in their own folder.

What I want for organizational purposes is exactly what I ended up with when I created a new account for experimentation and downloaded all my data for T.Rowe Price - IRA Rollover #1 with one fund IRA Rollover #2 with one fund SEP-IRA with many funds KEOGH MPP with many funds KEOGH PSP with many funds

This is much more manageable than having 23 accounts.

My problem is when I download the data from T.Rowe Price - although the organization is there, the history is not there. I would like to organize my migrated data which spans several years to Q2004(orQ2006) and be able to move the individual accounts into categories. Is this possible?

Or am I out of luck?

TIA.
