QB Pro 2007 question

I just upgraded from 2004 and now, I cannot find how to put my customer list ONLY on the icon bar. I see that if I do that, the entire navigation bar goes up.

Does anyone have any ideas?

thanks!

Bring up your Customer List. When it is on the screen go to View> Add "Customer;Job List" to Icon Bar.

My "add to icon bar" option is grey'd out. I don't see any way to do it.

My icon is grayed out too and there's no way to get to it. Does anyone know a work-around? There has GOT to be one! Thanks!

I'm not sure I've understood what you're trying to achieve and I use Quickbooks UK anyway so this might not be correct for your version:

just one icon, for 'Customer;Job List'? Go to View, click on Icon Bar so that the full Icon Bar appears, NOW open your Customer: Job List, go back to View and the option to 'Add Customer: Job List to Icon Bar is now available. Once you've added it to the Icon Bar you can go to View > Customise Icon Bar and remove all the other icons.

Andy:

In QB 2007, the Customer Center is part of the "Navigation Bar" and there's no way to isolate it like there was in previous versions of QB. THAT'S the problem. Do you know a work-around to allow JUST the "Customer Center" icon to be added to the ICON BAR?

Thanks ________________________

So... Can you tell me how to get some of the icons deleted from the navigation bar & have it display ONLY the Customer icon?
