In Q08, I have the Account Bar Display" set up on the right hand side of the screen. When I hover the cursor over the vertical bar on the left side of the account list, a small hand icon appears. The purpose of the "hand" is to allow me to scroll up and down the account list. However, when I left click the cursor to start the scroll, the "hand" icon changes to the "resize" icon with a bar with arrows at each end. At this point, I can only resize the account list. I cannot scroll the list because the "hand" icon is no longer there.
If I go into Edit, Preferences, Quicken Program, Setup and select Account Bar Display - Left Side of Screen, the "hand" icon works properly and allows me to scroll the account list. This is only a problem when the account list is set up on the right side of the screen.
In Q07, the "hand" icon worked properly when the account list was displayed on the right side of the screen.
Can anyone else verify this problem?
