has anyone read or heard anything official from Quicken about the downloaded news alerts being discontinued as of June 1, 2007 ?

There is currently an issue with the news feeds--security news headlines download is currently working, however the news Icon is not appearing in Quicken. To view the latest news for your securities do the following:

1) Click on the security name from the Portfolio View. 2) Click on Online Research at the top of the Security Detail view for that security, and select News from the dropdown.

Note: Logging into your Quicken.com Portfolio will also allow you to view and see the news updates.

Intuit is aware of this issue and working on a solution. Thanks for your patience--
