QuickBooks Pro 2006 (Canadian) Setup on Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services

I have been successful in setting this environment up. It took me days. Many, many, days to figure it all out. I should be able to save you frustration and failure. Intuit as you all know, offers no help. I will do the setup for a fee. If I am unsuccessful, there is of course no charge. Send email describing your environment.
