Is there any way to create a recurrent invoice? I have customers that pay me a fixed monthly fee for a given service. I don't want to create an invoice every month. I just want to apply their payment and be able to realize who haven't paid me yet.

Have you looked at memorized transactions? Open or create the invoice, then CTRL-M or Edit->Memorize. You have options to automatically enter the transaction on a set basis. sounds like just what you need
