Report - Sales Orders by Customer

I can easily get a "open Sales Orders by Customer" report from QB. However even if I change the transaction status to "both posting and non-posting" I only get open sales orders. Is there a way to get ALL sales orders?

All sales orders are non-posting. Try Find (Simple), Transaction Type = Sales Order, and sort the report by Name.
