More information is needed. Are you, perhaps, using QB online? Or, did you give/send the accountant an 'accountants copy' of your file, and it was misplaced?
If the former, try going to the website

Click on the bubble to 'Get Answers Now'. There are options for immediate online support, as well as a knowledge base containing common questions. You might want to start with the knowledge base, and search on 'accountants copy'.
If instead, you simply sent/supplied an accountants copy of the file, and you wish to re-create, simply 'cancel' the accountants changes. This will allow you to re-create a new accountants copy.
