Service tracking

How would you set this up:

Service is dog training.

Client pays for class for $10 , 2nd dog and on is $5 Space is rented for greater of $25 or 25% of gross receipts.

My ideal would be to be able to track:

1) total revenue. 2) number of "units" of service. 3) number of 2nd dog discounts. 4) dollars owed for rent.

I would set up multiple Items: First class, 2nd Dog class, Rent. You might also create separate Income accounts for each Item.

Then to see the details by category run the "Sales by Item Summary" report found under the Sales Reports.
